VIRO Rides UK offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyres, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the VIRO Rides and VR550 Electric Scooter.

Please note that any improper use of the unit (other than recreation or transportation) will invalidate the warranty. This includes any modifications.

The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

To make a claim, please get in touch with our customer services team and provide the following information:

  • A dated purchase receipts
  • Full address details and contact number
  • Email address
  • Product name/colour
  • Part description
  • Description of the issue

VIRO Rides UK do not offer an extended warranty period. Please ensure you save your original sales receipt and record the product serial number on the manual for future reference.

Spare Parts

We have a dedicated customer services team who are able to assist with any Spare Parts enquiries.

VIRO Rides UK Spare Parts are covered by a 90-day warranty period from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyres, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the VIRO Rides and VR550 Electric Scooter.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your VIRO Rides scooter, you can return it to the retailer you purchased it from following their returns policy and procedures as outlined on your receipt.

For items which are faulty and still within warranty, please follow the below steps:

  • Full address and details
  • Email address
  • Product name/colour
  • Part description
  • Description of the issue
  1. Our dedicated customer services team will be in touch within 24 hours to provide troubleshooting assistance over the phone.

If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, we can arrange for the item to be returned to us* for repair/replacement.

*Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the customer until the item is received at our customer services warehouse.
